Tami Gabay
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER & WRITER
Tami Gabay is an accomplished Executive Producer with over 20 years of experience in producing and writing for a wide range of genres, including pop culture, food, and comedy. With a Middle Eastern heritage and a deep understanding of the power of representation, Tami is a passionate storyteller dedicated to elevating diverse voices. She holds a degree in English and Women’s Studies from McGill University and began her television producing career at YTV. Subsequently, she worked for five years at MuchMusic honing an expertise in live and specialty programming. As well, she played a crucial role at CBC Radio 3 in the expansion of the network’s satellite and podcasting offerings as the Executive Producer.
Throughout her career, Tami has produced and consulted on a variety of award-winning programs that have been featured on prominent networks such as Netflix, Paramount+, MTV, AMI, CBC, ABC Spark, W Network, Food Network Canada, OLN, and HGTV Canada. In addition to her impressive media career, Tami is also a published author and co-creator of the acclaimed book Big Dreamers: The Canadian Black History Activity Book Volume 1.” With fluency in three languages and a love for delicious carbs, Tami brings a unique perspective and a wealth of experience to every project she takes on.
